Who is a philanthropic investor/angel investor?

This word is used as an equivalent for the term Angel Investor or Business Angel. Venture capitalists/angel investors are entrepreneurs and executives with the right investment ability who typically invest in entrepreneurs' early-stage businesses. In addition to the desire to invest in start-up and established businesses, well-intentioned investors/investor angels also play a guiding role by providing advice and helping entrepreneurs. Beneficial investors/investor angels accept lower but higher-risk investments than other funding options (banks and venture capital companies) and accept investments at earlier stages of the business.

A bona fide investor member is a real person with the following minimum conditions:

  1. Having enough experience and knowledge about setting up and managing companies
  2. Getting to know the concepts of investment and entrepreneurship and having the necessary spirit to share information and commercial, commercial, scientific, technical, managerial, and executive skills and providing voluntary and free advice and guidance to entrepreneurs and investors.
  3. Having the right capital to invest in entrepreneurial projects that are usually high risk, so that their normal work and life conditions and routines will not be subject to change and disruption due to investment risk.
  4. These people are usually in the age group of 45 to 65 years.
